中央主尊四臂观音——慈悲的化身，以寂静相安住，四臂优雅结印：手持莲华象征觉悟与清净，水晶念珠表示持续不断的禅修。周身璎珞庄严，天衣流苏垂落，端坐于出淤泥而不染的莲台之上。四周圣众环绕：左上毗卢遮那佛与阿閦佛，分别表征法界体性智与不动金刚智；正上方无量光佛，示现无限光明与寿命；右上宝生佛与不空成就佛，象征平等性智与成所作智；左下文殊师利菩萨，彰显妙观察智；右下金刚手菩萨现忿怒相，代表大圆镜智与诸佛威德。背景中雪山巍峨、江河蜿蜒、祥云缭绕，构成殊胜的净土圣境。
四臂观音的法相与多臂造型，象征其普度众生的无碍悲愿，周围圣众则共同彰显五智圆满的佛教宇宙观。画师以精湛的线描功力与平衡构图，展现传统唐卡艺术之精髓。在藏传佛教文化中，此唐卡既是观修法器，更是菩萨道次第的视觉呈现，深植于各种仪轨与教法传承之中。
