Product Description

Questo Avalokitesvara seduto a quattro braccia è realizzato a mano da abili artigiani che collaborano con Lunzi Art. La statua è realizzata in lega di rame di alta qualità e fusa con il tradizionale metodo della cera persa. Viene poi accuratamente scolpita a mano con motivi intricati, lucidata fino a ottenere una lucentezza abbagliante e placcata in oro zecchino 24 carati. Un'altra parte è decorata con antiche tecniche di pittura su rame. 

   Avalokitesvara ha un volto sereno e compassionevole, sorridente, e indossa una corona intarsiata con varie gemme e giade. Le sue vesti fluenti mostrano il temperamento artistico di un immortale. Le due mani principali sono unite nell'Anjali Mudra sul petto. La mano destra regge un rosario di cristallo (Mala), che simboleggia la recitazione continua del mantra di sei sillabe "Om Mani Padme Hum". La mano sinistra regge un loto (Utpala), simbolo di purezza, sublimazione spirituale e illuminazione. Avalokitesvara siede su un seggio di loto in posizione meditativa, con la tonaca che pende dalle braccia al cuscino del sedile, elegante e dinamica, di pregevole fattura.

   Questa statua non è solo una squisita opera d'arte da collezione, ma anche uno strumento del Dharma per aiutare i praticanti nel loro progresso.
