Product Description

Questa statua raffigura Avalokitesvara dalle mille braccia, l'incarnazione della compassione, ed è stata creata da Santa Kumar Shakya, un artista ufficialmente certificato dal governo nepalese. La statua è stata fusa utilizzando l'antica tecnica della cera persa, con le texture degli abiti intagliate a mano, accuratamente lucidate e l'intera statua in rame è stata squisitamente ossidata, conferendole un aspetto antico e senza tempo.

    Questa statua del Buddha ha undici volti che si elevano strato dopo strato e convergono infine nella parte superiore del Buddha Amitabha, a simboleggiare il perfetto stato di saggezza. Molte braccia si estendono in tutte le direzioni come luce, disposte in modo ordinato, e un occhio sacro emerge al centro di ogni palmo, a simboleggiare l'illuminazione del risveglio e della saggezza.

     Le mani principali custodiscono tesori del Dharma: rosari, ampolle di nettare, fiori di loto e gioielli che esaudiscono i desideri, ognuno realizzato con raffinata eleganza e grazia artistica. Il piedistallo di loto su cui poggia il Buddha è sorretto da due maestosi leoni delle nevi, finemente intagliati con una texture ricca e dalla presenza possente.

      Il bodhisattva indossa vesti ornate che cadono naturalmente e sono decorate con intricati motivi a forma di drago ed emblemi buddisti. Il bodhisattva tiene le mani giunte nel "mudra di Anjali" davanti al petto, e un braccio tiene un loto, un altro un rosario e un altro paio un arco e una freccia. La base del seggio del Buddha è adornata con petali di loto a strati, con disegni di petali rovesciati intagliati lungo il bordo inferiore. Ogni angolo presenta un motivo floreale più grande, mentre lo strato inferiore è circondato da motivi a nuvola incentrati su una forma di vajra.
