Product Description

This mandala thangka, crafted on cotton canvas, reflects traditional thangka techniques, with precise line work and symmetrical composition, with the sacred syllable "Hum" at the center. Tibetan script anchors the mandala, symbolizing wisdom and compassion, often linked to deities like Vajrasattva. "Hum," surrounded by the “Om Mane Padme Hum” mantra, acts as a spiritual barrier, encircling the central image with the blessings and compassionate energy. This creates a protective field, believed to ward off negative influences, obstacles, and harmful energies.

The sacred palace, with its four gates shaped as vajras—adamantine thunderbolts—stands as a fortress of spiritual purity, guarded by mythic beings and crowned with auspicious motifs. The black background enhances the meditative mood, while "Hum" signifies the indestructible nature of enlightenment.

Culturally, this thangka serves as a meditative tool in Tibetan Buddhism, used in rituals to invoke wisdom and purify the mind. Bring this radiant circle of harmony into your altar or home—feel its golden glow and cosmic energy envelop your space, a sacred companion on your journey toward unity and enlightenment.

Each pigment in this thangka is drawn from natural minerals, carefully layered to produce a vibrant, multidimensional effect that draws the viewer into its sacred imagery.

Natural Colors in Thangka

All the colors used in the thankgas are made from natural minerals. Ground into pigments, they carry the essence of the earth. Unlike artificial colors, these natural tones shine with honesty, adding depth, life, and spiritual meaning to each canvas.
