Green Tara Statue | Copper Gilded with 24k Gold Coating

   This Green Tara statue was meticulously handcrafted by artists working with Lunzi Art. The main body was cast in pure copper using the ancient lost wax casting method. The statue was precisely shaped and intricately hand-engraved, with particular emphasis on the details of her robes, ornaments and throne. Finally, it was coated with 24K gold.

   Green Tara is shown in a stretched posture with her right leg slightly extended, her right hand resting on her knee, her left hand raised to her chest, gracefully holding a blooming blue lotus (utpala) near her shoulder. She wears an elaborately embellished garment that drapes naturally and is engraved with auspicious symbols, floral motifs and sacred Buddhist symbols. Her attire includes an ornate five-leaf crown, earrings, necklace, bracelets and anklets, all of which are carefully crafted to reflect her divine status.

    Green Tara has a serene and compassionate face. The third eye carved on her forehead symbolizes transcendental wisdom and omniscience. She sits on a finely carved lotus throne, symbolizing the purity beyond the world. The base of the throne is decorated with layers of lotus petals and exquisite floral patterns.
