This statue depicts the Thousand-armed Avalokitesvara, the embodiment of compassion, and was created by Santa Kumar Shakya, an artist officially certified by the Nepali government. The statue was cast using the ancient lost wax technique, with the textures of the clothing hand-carved, carefully polished, and the entire Copper statue was exquisitely oxidized, giving it a timeless and ancient feel.

This Buddha statue has eleven faces that rise layer by layer and finally converge at the top of the Amitabha Buddha, symbolizing the perfect state of wisdom. Many arms spread out in all directions like light, arranged in an orderly manner, and a sacred eye emerges in the center of each palm, signifying the illumination of awakening and wisdom.

The main hands hold Dharma treasures—prayer beads, nectar flasks, lotus flowers, and wish-fulfilling jewels—each crafted with refined elegance and artistic grace. The lotus pedestal on which the Buddha stands is supported by two majestic snow lions, intricately carved with rich texture and exuding a powerful presence.

The bodhisattva is dressed in ornate robes that fall naturally, and are decorated with intricate dragon patterns and Buddhist emblems. The bodhisattva holds his hands together in the "Anjali mudra" in front of his chest, and one of his other arms holds a lotus, another holds a prayer bead, and one pair holds a bow and arrow. The base of the Buddha’s seat is adorned with layered lotus petals, with inverted petal designs carved along the lower edge. Each corner features a larger floral motif, while the bottom layer is encircled by cloud patterns centered around a vajra shape.
