Product Description
This statue of Vajrayogini was handcrafted by skilled craftsmen working with Lunzi Art. The statue is cast in a fine copper using the traditional lost wax method, then carefully hand-carved with intricate patterns, polished to a dazzling shine, and after that, it gets a shiny, golden finish through a process called Electro Gold Plating. Finally, the details on the statue, are carefully Hand Painted.
The statue’s face expression is wrathful, with a wide, open mouth. Her hair is intricately detailed and adorned with a crown of human skulls. A delicate necklace of human skulls hangs around her neck, signifying her triumph over death and ego. The statue holds a vajra-handled curved knife (Kartika) in her right hand. In her left hand, she holds a skullcup (Kapala) filled with blood, representing the transformation of delusion and negativity into the nectar of wisdom. A ritual staff (khatvanga) rests in the crook of her left arm, which symbolizes the wisdom. Her body is entirely red, symbolizing her fierce passion and energy. Behind Vajra Yogini is a brilliant, blazing aura of wisdom fire.
Vajra Yogini stands on a pedestal. Her body is in a dynamic, dancing posture, with her head tilted back.
This statue is not only an exquisite collectible artwork, but also a magical tool to assist practitioners in advancement.
