Product Description
This statue of Guru Padmasambhava known as Guru Rinpoche was meticulously handcrafted by skilled craftsmen working with Lunzi Art. The statue was crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting method and expertly hand-carved with exceptional attention to detail and precision. Cast in copper and finished with an oxidized patina. Additionally, the face of the Padmasambhava is delicately hand-painted, enhancing its serene expression and radiance, while embodying the timeless beauty and sacred presence of the Enlightened One.
The statue of Guru Padmasambhava radiates a powerful yet compassionate presence, symbolizing wisdom, protection, and the transformation of obstacles. His right hand extends forward holding a vajra, representing indestructible awareness, while his left-hand rests in his lap cradling a skull cup that contains the vase of immortality. Resting in the crook of his left arm is the khatvanga. He is adorned with an elaborate lotus hat, a jeweled crown inlaid with turquoise, and finely detailed robes that flow gracefully around his form. Guru Padmasambhava is seated in royal posture upon a lotus pedestal, embodying enlightened activity and the blessing energy that tames negativity and guides beings toward liberation.
This statue is not only an exquisite collectible artwork, but also a magical tool to assist practitioners in advancement.
