Product Description
This statue of Amitabha Buddha was crafted by a skilled artisan in collaboration with Lunzi Art, renowned for preserving Nepal’s sacred artistic traditions. Cast using the ancient lost wax method, the statue is made of copper and gilded with gold, with delicate hand-made details and exquisite turquoise inlays adorning the folds of its robes.
Amitabha is depicted seated in vajra pose on a beautifully carved double lotus pedestal, in a state of meditation, representing spiritual purity and awakening. His hands are gently resting on his lap in a meditation gesture. He gently holds a beautifully crafted alms bowl.
His serene face, highlighted with traditional pigments and exquisite details, radiates deep calm and infinite compassion. The Ushisha on top of his head is adorned with a small spike, symbolizing his enlightened wisdom, while the elongated earlobes reflect his renunciation of material wealth and his noble past.
This statue is not only a beautiful collectible artwork, but also a magical tool to help practitioners progress.
